I poured myself a decent sized bowl of cereal this morning. I was looking forward to this cereal. Grabbed the milk, opened it up, started pouring...and just a tiny trickle came out. Didn't have another gallon.

Shit.

Felt like Ice Cube in Friday.

At least I still have a job and I don't have to worry about Deebo...
 
what do you eat for breakfast?

for me it's always honey bunches of oats, raisin bran, or quaker maple oatmeal.
 
I See an an earnest discussion about processed refined grains on the horizon.

I have low-GI fruits and meat for breakfast. A steak or burger (just the patty) at breakfast is only weird the first time.

But I'm sorry to hear that you ran out of milk. I know that moment well and it is heartbreaking.
 
My breakfast is usually black coffee or bulletproof coffee.
 
Can of Dr Pepper and occasionally a nutrigrain bar if I have any. Breakfast of champions yo.
 
Bagels. Although after my recent "issue" I've switched away from the everything/poppyseed combination.

I do enjoy a bowl of cereal occasionally. More of a lucky charms guy myself.
 
I need to start eating breakfast more, but before a week ago my favorite was the paczki donuts but my local grocery doesn't make them anymore due to lent. If I have cereal its dry. I am lactose intolerant now, but even when I wasn't I didn't like milk in my cereal.
 
Protein shake and either yogurt and granola, instant oatmeal or hard boiled eggs. I alternate so I'm not eating eggs everyday.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, kickstarts your metabolism after that long fast.

i eat cereal for breakfast almost every day... i alternate between raisin bran, raisin bran crunch, and fruity pebbles. running out of milk is the worst, ive been known to drive to the store and grab it, even if i end up being a little late to work because of it.
