We make way too much money to get any credits. Where it hits us is our monthly rate. Less coverage and $5xx/mo vs $3xx for old plan with more coverage. But our old plan wasn't good enough for the American people.

It was way too public knowledge that, "the first year, they aren't doing income verification!" That I don't feel bad for - the subsidies were clearly laid out based on income. If you understated your income to obtain a bigger credit, you should get dinged on the back end.

How does me stating that everyone in the industry knew that people were going to attempt to cheat the system, to the point that cheating was almost promoted, constitute me even remotely thinking ACA is a good thing?
Further, when I'm saying its a good thing that tax cheats and people sucking at the government teet get caught, where do you think my opinion falls?
Its a poorly thought out, under funded government program, that wasn't needed in the first place. The destitute, disabled, uninsurable, and special needs persons were already on the governments dime.
What i don't get...and trust me i am Anti Obama/Care...If this administration is so hard up for giving lower income people credits on healthcare, why didn't they make the bill so that that are not fucked when it comes time to file tax returns.

We've been on the new affordable heath care plan for 2 months now, already got a letter in the mail saying that it will auto renew on Jan 1st... yup rate is going up to just under $600/month.
Almost 100% more than our old policy. with LESS coverage.
