Yeah it's been a while. Still runs pretty good but I would like to start chopping things off of it. Really stoked for the spring. I need to get my murdersled running for this summer too.

Since it was above 11 degrees today I got some pipes built for the Harley. Only took the whole damn day, damn tiny pie-cuts.

Bikes are looking good. You'd fit in down here. Lots of people doing those kind of builds. I'm trying to decide if I should sell my Sportster to get the Dyna I really want or finish out the "build" I've been doing for the past year and change. Problem is I stripped it to bare metal for paint so I probably won't get what I need out of it. :\

Those pipes though... You consult dickskate on the specs?
Haha. No I didn't want them built out of fence post with straight 90* butt welds instead of bends.

It's the style of the bike though al said and done it should look like it time warped right out of the 70s chopper era.

lol werd. I'm so jealous of that front wheel. I see sets of them all the time on chopperswapper but I want to keep my disc brakes.

Focusing my money on paint and bars for now. Possible coil relocation and sissy bar setup. That Dyna sold so I'll stick with the Sporty for the season.

As it was at the last time I pulled it out after throwing some lowering shocks at it. Rattle can paint job.

I dig that color. I'd do a white lace over it personally always have liked the lace jobs.

Probably just going with a solid color and simple graphics. I want to make sure I dig the color on the bike as much as I'm hoping. Weighing out the cost of paying someone to do it vs doing it myself too. Calling up some local painters to see what they throw out.

I am thinking about some wide white walls though.

Check out Flamethrower Customs in Doylestown. Dude kills it he's painted a few of my friends bikes and I'm going to have him do mine as well.

The attachment is one he did to my friends panhead. All hand laid gold leaf and pinstripe. The guy really is a wizard.

Thats a killer job but a little out of my way for a basic flat paint job. haha

I stripped the rear fender to bare metal today so other than a little minor bondo work it's all ready for paint. Aircraft Stripper and an orbital sander ftw!

Something to think about.

Just remember prep work is key. A good paint job over great prep looks better than decent prep and a great paint job. If that makes sense hahah.

Well not related to the bikes but I did pick up this little pit party cruiser the other day. 1985 Honda ATC70. Plan on doing a little resto-mod and riding the shit out of it.
