Did you guys watch? Who do you think won? I liked Kasich the most I think. Appeared to be liked in Ohio which is a very important swing state, looks and behaves like a president. Loved Rand Paul and Christie getting into it. I liked the mention of a consumption based tax (I think that was Christie?)

How is Trump leading the polls? I think this guy would be a terrible president.

Cruz and Walker are also insane.

Carson had some good things to say, especially around his view of race. However he seems terribly inexperienced.

Jeb really rubs off on me as another Bush.

Rubio is sexy.

Lots of insane in there. Kasich is the only guy I could go towards. Rubio can't even handle his own personal finances. He's a wanna be and can't make money. The rest suck.

I didn't watch. I think they're all idiots in some shape or form.

When the crowd weeds down to 3 or 4, i'll be more interested in listening.

When it gets whittled down I will pay more attention. Honestly though I don't know who they can put up that will beat Hillary. I doubt Bernie Sanders will get enough traction to make a dent.

Many independents and even democrats I know do not like Hilary. GOP just needs to pick someone electable who is moderate on social issues and it will be a sure win for them.

I really dislike Hillary. I'm an independent and I'm with those guys.

The Republicans have already lost. They should have already chosen somebody last year and all come out backing him now. No debates, no noise, no back tracking. This is the guy and the whole party is 100% behind him. But, it's too late for that. They've already lost.

They need to pick somebody that appeals to the young vote, and a running mate that will appease the older guys. All these people trying to get the nomination with all those stupid ads and debates and noise just detracts from the whole problem.

Also, the need to freshen up the party. Accept the gay ruling. Admit it out loud and embrace it as much as possible. Instead of "we gunna veto obamacare" let's just fix it. It will still be there but there are issues that need to be addressed am we can do that while still keeping the expanded coverage.
Let's work on simplifying the tax code to allow smoother flow and make it easier for people to create and maintain businesses. We need new companies and fresh ideas. We need the people that can make jobs to be able to make the jobs.

You want a $15/hr min wage? Fine, you can have it. But welfare programs are going to be greatly reduced. We will give you your "living wage" and you will live off of it Instead of the hand outs. It's one or the other, you won't get both.

What we need is an no bullshit politician. "This is what we have, this is what we need, this Is what we are going to do."

I'm happy that Kasich is running. It seems like he has improved things here in OH since elected Gov. The GOP needs a middle of the road guy if they want to survive.

Democrats and Republicans are all the same. None of them give a damn about anything but their bank accounts and power. Getting rich while not actually producing a damn thing.

Yeah. Interestingly enough though, he revamped his speech the next day at UW. Maybe the ridiculous disruption actually changes his platform a bit more? He might actually get that entire base if that's the case. We know Billary won't.
