Yeah, it's crazy man. did not see that coming at all.
there is at least some hope though-- he wasn't listed on the talking dead's kill memoriam

I didn't expect it either but see the spoiler based on the comic series

If you look into the comics in series 100 that person dies.

Hopefully not a spoiler. But the original idea for The Walking Dead had Shane killing Rick and Carl witnessing it. So Carl would be the main character having to live with the turmoil. only to have to rely on Shane to survive. You should check out the graphic novel. There are loads of online sources you can read it for free.

Yeah, i've never read the comics. Not really interested either. It's not a 100% - not even 80% - match it seems other than the basic plot of characters and overall theme.

I wouldn't want to expect something and have the show not to do it.

maybe after the show is done, i'll check it out.

It's certainly not panel for panel. But it's really damn close. Very high correlation level I'd place it at 80% true to the comic.

i dont know...
it's REALLY hard to tell, and maybe the shot was framed like that intentionally, but maybe, just MAYBE when the guy shot himself and Glenn and him both fell into the horde, the guys body fell on TOP of Glenn's, and the zombies were eating and tearing up the dead guy and not Glenn. That would be an incredible "gotcha" moment for the writers. But also, even if that were the case, you'd think that Glenn wouldn't have any other means of escape. and with his head exposed, some of the walkers might start eating his head/face.

this article seems to agree with the theory/possibility: http://www.mtv.com/news/2360207/walking-dead-glenn-is-not-dead/

they talked about that
on talking dead afterwards. they said they replayed it and it was clearly glenn, not Nick

Interesting in a sense that
Glenn's character can still be used for flashbacks, but nothing in the future

no way in hell is he going to be a flashback in 13 episodes this season

hes not dead, he fell under Nicolas, the walkers tore up Nicolas's corpse on top of him, he slid under the dumpster (it was up on casters), the gunfire of Rick's mag dump at the RV leads the walkers away, Glenn makes it out shaken but not stirred

yeah there's no way he's gonna be a flashback in every episode lol

Since they haven't followed the comics 100% I guess it's probable.
For e.g.
In the comics Glenn and Maggie have a child named Hershel and they also adopted a daughter Sophia. So yeah there are some slight inconsistencies in the story lines.

Wtf is going on, lol.
rocket launcher ftw! 1 family down and Carl got blasted in the face!

yeah, shit is all over the place again. here we go!

season 7 begin.

spoilers ahead. exit now.

so, holy crap...
they killed off 2 of my favorite characters in one scene. dang

I'm glad to see this back in full force. Can't wait to see the uprising begin.
