opinons needed

Ok. So I have a 93 del sol with a mini me swap. I want to either build it up or swap for bigger better things....couple questions....do I turbo or nos what I have or swap...and if I do a turbo does anyone have a good turbo to recommended....I'd rather keep the mini me and build it...any advice would be greatly appreciated...

what do you want to use the car for
what is your budget
what is your mechanical ability
