your running a jdm b16a vtec right? how well does the po6 ECU work for you?
My ride has a slightly tweaked up 4th gen DOHC ZC in it. The P06 ECU is chipped and socketed with a custom P29 map. It works well.

so your running a OBDI, what is your true gain overall by going that rout?
only ask because i want to pull off a custom OBD0 to OBDII conversion and run hondadata equivalent programmer to manually adjust all reference signal data not from but to my ECU before considering boost of any sort, kinda like running a full AEM plug and play programmable ECU.

Is there really a GF thread? If so i'll post one! and its "wife", i got lucky, very lucky when it comes down to the old ball and chain, she is not the prissy girl everyone drives around with, she's in the minst of rebuilding my Z5 1.5l DOHC engine! And when shes done i know its done right!

Have been running some of my own little trial and error experiment's in the long running quest for an solution to high altitude performance loss in a N/A non-Nos-ed motor, and with little success, i figured maybe you guys/ladies could have a little fun with this one.

And before this thread turns sour, I know just how much $$$ and time has been invested into a solution to this ongoing problem us in the higher altitude regions face daily!

New wheels

Got a set of new wheels!

Already running a walbro 255, and still hunting injectors.

Although i am only running 9 psi out of a compressor capable of producing a strong 27 psi i am still a little worried about my block, being that its not sleeved and does not have low comp pistons. idk opinions?

Another up date, got 450cc injectors and fine tuned my set up. no leaks, .065 oil restricted feed line to Garrett S-60, but there's one little problem... it straight fall's on its face at full boost, and at any TPS%, so easy problem to diagnose..MAP. My wondering s is can i write a realistic fuel base MAP reference signal range to compensate for the extra 2-3psi that goes beyond my stock fuel map pre-setting, or just increase injector pulse width on each pre-set A/F map bringing my @ idle trim up to a RICH state but leveling out more toward mid RPM/1/4 spool and more then likely have a new cut off or drop off at around 7200-7600rpm instead of 6500 and 1/2 spool @ 25%-30% TPS?

ok nice got a d15 fire wall mount map and inline check valve tuned with apexi. so running at 9psi is smooth now, got another new set of wheels wrapped with some low pro dunlop's, and been having some fun with a b18a msd ignition system conversion with 6a module and duel spark firing just to make sure i get a full burn and no spark blow out even though 9psi isn't really risking that much. learned my lesson with using a cheaper equal length tube turbo manifold and now going to look around for a cast mani, any pointers as to what direction in manufactures to look into would always be nice.

^ How does it run? I know a guy that specializes in Grill/Bumper/Hood/Oil Filter Relocation/Custom Bolo Exhaust work I can recommend to finish up the front end if you're interested.

The polyurethane engine mounts were a real change. Are the Hasport mounts you chose actually solid, or solid core polyurethane?

Just noticed I didn't respond to this. Sorry, didn't see it. I went OBD1 because of the ECU's available, along with aftermarket chipsets and Hondata S300 compatibility if I even want it tweaked up a little more. The P29 mapped ECU P06-A02 ECU runs good with the DOHC ZC.

I don't know how much any gains are, but I first cranked it up with a P28 map in it and then modified the ECU adding sockets and put the P29 map in it. Noticeable improvement across the board with this engine combination.

Big changes sense last logged in!

So where to start! It's been a while and the hatch has been 100% gutted and rebuilt restored from the ground up! She's got tube chassis front end, disk rear conversation, built for boost motor, true drag race bucket seats with legal harnesses, tucked shaved and glossed engine bay, all body work done and fresh paint, all new everything in suspension including 4 point drag and link bar, three point stabilizer bars, dual wal bros, neptune demon v2 RTP ecu, custom harness cabin and bay, 750rc injectors, turbotonics turbo, love fab ram horn manifold, digital dash with ez tune touch screen, bluetooth to ecu from tablet real time data logger and engine performance monitoring, powder coated black j1 spec wheels track only edition, too much more to list I'll post pics soon as I can!
Goal range set low to mid 600's for HP and would like to see at least some where into the 300's for torque at around a 6500rpm curve we will see tho!

Holy shit this is an old thread. lol Glad to see this is still in progress.
