I'm glad we finally got some new members that bring stuff to the table, so far it looks like a really clean well done swap

Thanks man.
I just got the innovative linkage.. i have to go into the cabin and drill out the 2 holes so i can mount the linkage i just have to figure out how to get some sheet metal and figre out what size of a hile to cut in it so i can pass the shifter through and seal the hole in the factory sheet metal with self tapping screws.
Were getting there...

Trying to get the shifter up.

And the oem acura Type R shift boot slid right into the console piece where the oem auto shifter once was and 2 small screws held it in perfectly!!!

Got it all done and took it for a rip and everything worked greatm i cant really tell if v tec is coming on or not but i think it is. Its hard to hear it activate with a stock air box and filter with a oem cat back...

For an experiment....you could take off the air box and place ladies' pantie hoes over the intake pipe. It should be louder and let you hear VTEC. My old B16 was considerably louder when VTEC was engaged.

Threw alot of codes and now does not want to run.
Codes are..

Code 3 for map sensor
6 engine coolant temp sensor
7 throttle position sensor
9 number 1 cylinder position sensor
15 ignition output signal
21 vtec control solenoid

Any help would be much appreciated..

I'm with DBS this sounds a lot more like wiring than actual problems with the motor. If you can get your hands on another ECU try that

Ok will do.
The only other ecu i have available is the usdm ecu...

Do you have a friend with a VTEC B series ECU in his car thats proven to be good? It so pop his in there and see if anything changes
