I was going up a slight hill and my car cut off without warning. At first i thought it was my battery cables being loose but i had power. I have 3/4 tank of gas and power. I had a issue twice now with my valve gaskets that are around the spark plug shaft. One was leaking oil into spark plug area and killing the car. I checked and only seen a very little oil on one spark plug wire. I removed the plug and cleaned it and put it back in. It still wont start. What should I do next, I'm having to walk 5 miles to work on 95' weather and it's killing me. Any help would be great, thanks!

there are sooooooo many variables there that could cause it that its not even funny, if the engine is turning over its not going to be the battery cables and if the alternator is good the car will run with the battery even unhooked, the spark plug tubes arent going to be it wost case with those oil leaks down and causes a misfire not the engine not starting, is the check engine light on ? is the car getting fuel ? is the car getting spark ? rule of thumb a engine needs air/fuel/spark to run
and welcome to Hondaswap

Don't know if its your issue but I remember my cars stalling out a little and not restarting for a bit on warm days when the main relay was acting up. I think if you can solder you can fix it yourself.

I checked the timing belt, fuel pump, battery and if its getting spark. Everything is fine, just wont start. it turns over and thats it. Not sure how to do anything with the relay. Im getting it looked at by a Japanese auto shop, the owner owns a old honda like mine. thanks for the info

If it turns over, it's not the main relay.

Maybe get a OEM valve cover gasket kit from Honda. It will have the spark plug gaskets in it. Really not easy for me to figure it out just yet.
