Pro and con of buying a poor man type r...could it be daily driven? Gsr transmission with lsvtec head type r piston rods etc... would it give me problem is the long run? What’s the cost of buying one already completed TIA

It depends on if it was done right honestly. I'm weary of buying a LS/Vtec if I don't know who did the work, but if it was done by a reputable shop or tuner, they're pretty solid. Depending on what was done to the bottom end you just may not be able to push the rpms as much as you would like, to keep it reliable. My tuner told me if you go LS/V with a stock bottom end, to set the limiter at 7200 and it'll last forever.

Would you know the price range of a complete if some was to sell one?

Honestly not sure. I don't see a lot of them for sale anymore in my area. I've seen decent cars with running driving LS/Vs for as low as 2500

Its somebodys hybrid motor... prone to fail from compression difference , IMO LSV isnt worth it...cons of buying one done already ? Use your brain kid its a motor somebody else has abused and revved to the moon till tired of it enough to sell it

We can't really answer this for you. It's going to vary depending on where you live, the miles on the motor, the build of the motor, etc. Way too many factors to say something like "$2500 is the standard price."
