my friend put a 93b18a1 in his 92 hatch. his hatch is obd1 and the motor was obd0 and he had tons of fun puting it in
 
The b18c1 isnt in a 1992 integra ls. But im trying to go from the 92 integra ls to a h22a complete swap. The car is just a shell cuz the kid is taking the engine and tranny to put in a civic... :blink:
 
why is my friend 93 ls motor obd0
 
it dont make much sence to swich it in 93 and then make a new body style

It doesn't really to me either, but that is when the feds required all new cars to be equipped with OBD1. I guess Honda wasn't ready with the Gen 3 chassis yet.
 
i should of looked in the reference guide
 
92 and older are OBD 0 ..... 93 till i think 95 are OBD 1 ... 96 and newer are some form of OBD 2

The 92 is OBD0.
