B18C Ignitor compatibility

I have an obd1 b18c with a bad ignitor. Do any other obd1 ignitors (integra LS or 1.5/1.6 honda) work, or is it specific for the b18c? Thanks...

any OBD1 or OBD2.
if you have a MSD, Crane, etc. spark box you can bypass the ignitor totally.

Thanks for the info...I have some spare parts still laying around from my d15/d16's and wasn't sure if the ignitor would work in the b18c and I was kinda nervous about just trying to plug it in. On another note, I didn't know you could bypass the igniter/ICM with an aftermarket ignition. Well, thanks again for the help.
