I had last wed a 10 min speech on how i should change the governments flood insurance program which was easy (final for public speaking)

then i had 1 project that i had to analyze a firms property, liability insurance that once all the supporting material was together it was thicker than my math book, i handed that in friday.(my property casualty RMI course)

today i handed in a project for my employee benefits class that i had to analyze a large firm's (i used my university) benefits package, and that was 35 pages of writing.

then tommorow stat final

wed employee benefits final

thursday business ethics final

friday property casualty final

kill me now :p

2 exams down bishes. 5 more to go, lol. thermo was pretty hard, but i got through it, probably managed a C. oh well im getting a c in the class reguardless how i do on the final. comm was the easiest test of my life. 10 short answer questions...thats it. that was the entire final, lol. and on top of that, he gave us a list of 20 questions, 10 of which would be on the final. i was done in 20 mins.

tomorrow is another story. calc 4 at 8 am is gonna suck, then not much time to study for my comm makeup...

My last day of classes was today. I have exams on wednesday, two on friday, and one on saturday. Then it's back to good ol' WI for a 3 week binge

Ian, 7 exams? Holy shit, I thought my 5 was bad. How many credits you taking, 21-24ish? Thats too die hard for me.

So far I had 4 and then I have Calc 3 tommrow (our last calc ever here) then I am done for the year. My first exam, was a gen ed class so not too worried about it. Probally get a b in it. EMF Physics, pulled off a b for the class. Intro to Materials processing I came in with a b and I thought I did well on the exam, so maybe I can move it up to an AB. Statics/dynamics class, came in with kinda a shitty grade and not too sure how I did on the exam. I'll find out friday. I am hoping for just a C in that class. Failed the first exam which was statics and got a b on the dynamics test. Homework grade is kinda shitty so we will see on that one. And after 10:00 PM tommrow, I am FINALLY done with 18 credits. Next semseter is going to be nice and easy with 14. There will be a few hard classes, but I'll actually have time for them. For calc tommrow, I calculated my grade. If I get >20%, then I pass the class. If I get a 60%, then I get a 70%. If I get 100%, then I get an 80%. So basicly doesn't matter how well I do, as long as I pass the exam, I will pretty much get a C in the class. So there's not that much pressure for this exam

Well good luck to anyone else that has finals coming up. Study hard and it will almost be over.

21-24? FUCK that shit. im not an idiot. im taking like 13 credits, lol.

but i still have 5 classes:

Math 261: Calc 4 4 credits
MAE 320: Thermodynamics 3 credits
Music 170: Appreciation of Music 3 credits
Comm 102: Interpersonal Relation. 2 credits
Comm 100: Intro to Comm 1 credit

one exam in each class and a makeup exam in comm 100 and 102. there was a period of like 2 weeks where i was lazy and i missed my exams for those classes, lol.

but ive got 5 exams down, 2 more to go.

calc exam - brutal good thing for multiple choice testing :)
thermo exam - not TOO bad, probably got a C on it, but doesnt matter
comm 100 and makeup - easy i aced them both
comm 102 - fairly easy, probably scored a B

i got music left, which will be fairly difficult, and comm 102 make up which shouldnt be too hard

Ah, my history prof is a tricksy one. Gave us a study sheet with like 50 terms. Spent the last few days getting all the terms down, as well as their significance in the whole scheme of things. Come the day of the test, not one term from the study guide, nor anything relating to them, was on the terms portion of the test.

last friday i had a presentation.

Tuesday:
One final, Nutrition and Fitness

THursday (today):
Presentation at 8am
Business of Music final at 330
Business Law II final at 6.

Got my grades back.... 1st quarter in college, a 2.48. Kind of shitty if you ask me.

first and second semseters of freshman year, aim for above a 3pt or higher. Classes only get harder from there. The 1000 level classes here are pretty much "Thanks for paying tution, so now here's an A for a confidence booster before you get raped by 3000 level classes"

I sort of got owned in my Math 157 class. Business Applied to Calculus was very benefiting, but I still didn't grasp the concepts until after the mid-term...Reason why my GPA was so low. Otherwise I would have had a 3.0 if I pulled off the B- I Hoped for.

5 classes- 5 finals

Yesterday I had

Solids Mechanics and Design
New Testament Survey

Tomorrow
Dynamics

Saturday
Materials Science

Tuesday
Fluids and Fluid Systems
