I have sized it down to an unbelievable 12k. I load it, it doesn't animate. I right click, property it, it's 24.55 k.

I upload the 18kb original, 25k on disk.
 
yeah, thanks for the warning. We need to find these people that start viruses and give THEM a virus, an injection that makes them move really slow, they start going places they don't want to, then gradual vision loss...
 
yeah i could have sworn the bling o meter was animated b4. but ever since you couldnt use punters on aol i said fuck them.
 
Yeah, oddly enough the first one was converted to JPG at like 11k. The GIF you see now (I'm home and downloaded it again) is 6.3k.

What I'm saying is that 20k limit is shit, and this DOES accept GIF pictures. I'll post up the GIF and see if you can post it.
