You're on the right track B. However, you can combine a few tactics here to help. For example, when you sit down to a meal, drink a glass of cold water before starting. It will make your stomach feel full faster, give you better hydration, and burn more calories all at once. Besides that, you're a smart guy and can figure out what works for you.

Got M3 payment in the mail today. Heaved it up the stairs and onto the kitchen table. 10 reps. Sweaty and depressed.
 
The amount of pleasure and joy the car gives me is well worth its price. i'd pay more for it and do it all over again. Love this car. and its hardly breaking the bank.

anyway, i don't have a day 3... i passed out early as hell last night. too tired to do a damn thing.

I'm getting porky at 140 lbs. I've got a gut if I slouch.

I'm thinking when the holidays are over, I'll start financing a bowflex.
 
try hydroxycut hardcore. i have a bottle of it and it works. its a liquid cap and i really feel it work in about 30 min after i take it.
 
+1 for the bowflex idea. They work well for not having much space. I want one too.
 
pay to go to the gym. planet fitness is like 20 a monthannd are open 24hrs. but if your gangsta like me go the golds and pay more then twice that a month but the $4ea shakes are well worth it.

I'd also like to lose about 30 lbs before next summer. id be toned at that weight. i dont need to get big at all, just need to drop the gut.

im assuming you have done a shit load of research on the proper methods for this. care to share with me the details? proper diet techniques, what to do for excersize and how long, the best supplements?....and more importantly- what NOT to do?

I can't take pills. i can barely swallow a small advil let alone a horse pill.

Cutting carbs doesn't have to be torture. Just pick them better and eat a smaller serving than normal. Replace the carbs you take out with an extra portion of lean meat.

Try one out. it sucks. I went to the store to buy one, and after using it, i ended up getting free weights.
If anything, try to find a BioForce gym. its very similar, but doesn't suck and doesn't use the bands.

I've done minimal research... I know WHAT to do already.... its just a matter of actually DOING it.

kill a shake before bed, helps you sleep, burns fat, builds muscle, and so forth. should be good for what i want it to do.
 
i used to take ghb, it does everything they discribed in that article.but its the date rape drug [thats why its illegal] women react a little different than men.

ill be buying some of that

That's a bit too much water on a daily basis unless you're replacing what you're sweating out. Once your urine is clear you're fully hydrated. If you want something that will fill you up, get meal replacement shakes and drink one inbetween meals.



You're making it too much of a chore. How many meals are you eating a day? Six small meals a day is a good way to go.

There's MRP shakes that actually replace entire meals and include all the necessary vitamins and minerals and then there's Protein shakes.

Protein shakes will be straight protein with the vitamins that come along with the (usually whey, which is derived from milk) protein.

Studies have shown that individuals will eat a significant amount less of calories after ingesting a protein shake. A significant amount being about 500calories for some, which is a good chunk of a 3000calorie diet.

Vitamin Shoppe, GNC (for overpriced stuff), etc., etc

Online sites like At Large Nutrition - Your number one choice for nutritional supplements. and many others that a google search will yield, will provide protein shakes for cheaper in some cases. Stores have gotten fairly competitive now though. I can get my shakes in person at Vitamin shoppe now for basically the same price as what I was getting online, and I don't have to wait the week's shipping time.
