They do air the UK version. I have comcast on demand and theyve aired like some 15-16 episodes so far on BBC America.

Usually new versions fucking suck. I dont want another dumb ass black guy picking apart the new GT-R and all he can say is "putting some D's on this bitch".

yeah, but most of those are at a minimum a season old.

It would be sweet if they did it the Euro style where they actually tell the truth about the car, or find some way to insult it, but I don't see any manufacture sending add dollars their way if they actually did that. "So now were going to test this rubish cobalt. WTF is wrong with these brakes? And what's with all this plastic? And when we return, we will see how fast it goes around our oval with 4 left turns, but first these messages from Chevy." Some how I don't think that will work.

i tend to agree...

could you imagine a real test track?

what would make the american version of top gear different from motor week? Im very skeptical...

and while the car reviews are my fav part of the show, i love the recorded stuff like "How to kill a toyota hilux" "can we send a reliant robin into space" "can we make our own strech limos" etc etc.

what is the alfa of the us gonna be? "You arent a true gear head unless youve owned a......hummer?.....jeep?" i just dont see it working.
