Default 1998 Prelude SH?

So im about to buy a 98 prelude and i was wondering which model it is, the base or type SH? Other than the label that would be on the truck is there any other way to tell externally or internally? Also do all preludes have 4 wheel steering?

As far as I know, none of the 97+ Preludes have 4 wheel steering, at least not the US models. The early 4th-gen ones were the last US market models to have it. Maybe it's different for Canada though...

I dont think Canada would be any different, the only difference is that here the SH changed to the SE in 2001 only, for some reason...
