No, it's not possible. Your friend is full of crap. No Civic in the States used a 5-lug pattern until 2006.
What model is your Prelude? If it's the base model, then just get the disc assemblies from a 92-96 Prelude Si or Si-VTEC. That will be completely bolt-on. If you've already got an Si or Si-VTEC, then you've got a pretty good setup from the factory. If you need an upgrade, then look towards performance pads and stainless steel lines. __________________

Really? I did not know that...I thought they all had 4x100 up until the current generation came out.

what would honestly be the benefit of the civic brakes over the prelude brakes??
prelude is a heavier car and would need the larger calipers and rotors.... i guess the only good i see of this is going from 4x114 to a 4x100 bolt pattern.... id just get a brake setup off a 5th gen lude (97-01).... larger calipers, and 5 bolt lug pattern.... not to mention there is aftermarket available for them.... |

Oh, and avoid drilled rotors. They barely do shit for braking ability, and they're more likely to crack than a solid or slotted rotor. __________________
