I have a 1995 prelude SI when i turn on my ac my clutch will not turn but if i jump it it will. and when my ac is on my rear defroster light starts flashing and my car starts to surge. Please someone help me!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had the same problem, had to replace the ventilation control . the signal was not getting to the A/C clutch.
