i'll drive for not even a minute and get the RPM's up to about2500 and the ECU fuse will blow, my buddy tells me it might be something with a ground in the radio or something and there is a massive amount of static coming from the speakers but i've searched every fucking wire i can think of and re-wired it all once already.....can anyone think of anything else i might have missed?

I have no idea why Honda didn't make separate fuses for the radio and ECU, but he's right. It's a short in your radio. Just trace out the yellow(power) wire from the back of the stereo. I don't want to insult your intelligence, but I'll say it anyway. Please don't put a bigger fuse in the ECU slot
