Default F20a turbo related question

hi im new to this site so i introduce myselfe my name is bernd brandenburg and im from north germany .


i own a 99 honda prelude bb9 with 2.0 liter sohc non vtec F20a found in accord and bb3 prelude with tss intake and magnaflow exhaust with 130 000 km on it

so now i want to turbocarge it with 0,4 bar boost=5,8015 psi

my setup lying around
mitsubishi evo turbo mainfold smal grinding modified to fit bolts with

my goal 200 save as possible hp so this is my daily driver

i think my main problem will be the engine managemant
has anyone a simular setup or data about reliability or ways to reduce compression?

I wouldn't try to tune a turbo setup using that AFC. That's what they call a "piggy-back" tuning device. You're going to want something more substantial, like Hondata or whatever other alternatives they have over in Germany...

looks like i cant use hondata because its obd2
do i need to buy a expansive standalone unit

check out ur local regs but you could convert obd2 to obd1 with a adapter from rywire.com and just use hondata with a p28 or something
