I have a stock h23 head off a 96 prelude for sale if it will work let me know.

i got the h23 head and a ecu for you . . i dont think there is a v-tech sylenoyd because the h23 is a non vtech motor call if intrested 607-738-1106

What do you mean by "built head"? You need to be a lot more specific on what you're looking for. If you're looking for a specific combination of parts and machine work then it's gonna be due to luck that you find one that meets your specs. You probably just need to buy a stock head and build it up how you want...

How many miles are on the head and is it making any tapping noise or smoking?
