Default need your help

i was wondering what would be the best motor to swap and turbo in my lude. The h22 or the H23. alot of people tell me the h22 but then people say the h23, i just want to no what motor would give the the best power in the long run with a turbo kit and build.

just wondering on why u would say the h22 by far because doesn't it have a higher compression then the h22. which would make the h23 boost better. but im just looking for advice so thanks.

compression goes out the window when you build something, and its all in the tune anyhow
