You're right with the throttle cable. For the clutch cable use an 86-89 Integra cable or 88 CRX cable.

To convert to fuel injection you should start by using parts from a CRX Si the same year as yours and then go from there. Therfore I would get the entire engine wiring harness, gas tank and lines. Either buy new lines from Honda or make your own. Now I'm not sure if the Hasport wiring harness...
