i was wondering how much hp at the wheels can someone expect with a d16y8 turbo??? and would it be faster then a SI or GSR, or how much faster

i was wondering if any one in the philly/NJ area knew a good shop for a 98 civic auto-manual gsr swap, i havnt been able to find any good shops yet any help would be appreciated!!
