89 crx si. with drum brakes out back... all four brakes are locking up.. and car will not move.. we bought new front calipers.. new rear wheel clyinders.. new master clyinder. new brake booster.. and a proportioning valve... and all new pads & shoes.. but they are still locking up. does anyone...
i think it all comes down to: HOW MUCH MONEY YOU WANT TO SPEND?... the b18c is a great motor but expencive.. i prefer the ls/vtec or b20/vtec....the b18c is built for rpm.... but the LS and b20 blocks have a longer stroke and will make alot or torque. if you build a solid LS/vtec or b20/vtec...
i am assuming you ran 2 wires from the crank sensor to the ecu. i am also assuming your distributor is good.. i have seen distributors do very weird things when they are bad.
try flipping the wires around on the crank angle sensor... this is the sensor bolted to the exhaust cam... if you have the wires backwards it will retard the shit out of your timeing.
