I've got D15B head and 6th civic coupe with D16Y7. will it be possible to setup D15B head on D16Y7 low-block ?

I looked at this page: https://hondaswap.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=29825 I found there this information: D16Y7 has obd = 2 ZC engines have obd = 0,1 D15B information is absent. is it mean that it's not possible to replace my engine by ZC and maybe D15B ? :((

unfortuntly US is so far away from me. japan is closer to us, but D16 engines very difficult to find there. we have a lot of D15 and ZC engines. D16A is very expensive - 1400$. It seems to me that it would be cheaper to setup a japan engine on my civic-coupe.
