what makes the jdm dc 4-1 header better than the type r header? arent they pretty much the same in design and style?

would you pick some jdm type r headers over dc 4-1 (not with the 2.5" collector) headers? at the time, im running some dc 4-1 header and dont know if i should put on extra $100-150 and get type r headers. so what do you guys think, should i do it?

why is it that JRSC make a SC kit for a type r that only comes with a 5.5 lbs pulley and for b16a and gs-r they come with a 6 lbs pulley? why are they giving the type r less boost? i just found this out recently. im going to get a b18c block and put a b16a head, so ill be like a "poor man" type...

well atleast 210+whp...im going for a b18c 85mm bore with atleast a 11:5:1 compression with a semi-built b16a head. the only thing ill be missing for the head is P&P.

i would see a reason for you to have either a close deck or something like GE provides for their block because your going turbo, but me im going all motor. although it would be more stable with a close deck, but do you think its necessary that i need? shouldnt just having iron sleeves enough...
