I put an 89 si motor from a crx into an 88 dx hatch. the si motor ran great before i pulled it. now i have it in the dx and its smoking white smoke(alot) and car wont idle... any ideas??? also when i changed the plugs 2 of them had alot of oil on them... like i said b4 the motor did not smoke...

I just bought my first honda its an 88 civic dx hb and has a 1.5 Dpfi. I would like to swap to a DOHC with as lil trouble as possible b/c I am far from a mechanic so any help you have would be greatly appriciated.
