Do you still have the tranny, is it manual, if so how much?

I have a 96-00 Civic EX 4-1 header for sale. Don't know the manufacture. Bought on ebay. I wanted one for my 00 SI. Didn't have time to return it, so i'm stuck with it, still in wraper. Sell for $140, free shipping! :D

I have a 2000 SI, it shoots out a little puff of smoke when I got on it and its stock! I guess its normal for VTECs to do that.

Go for the 99-00 si tranny. it will make your gsr quick. The clutch, pressure plate and flywheel, get whats best for your need. The LS tranny is great for fuel economy or if you had a bad ass turbo on your gsr. The stock gsr tranny are good too.

Not worth it, I bought one last year and I did not notice a difference.
