Get the LS ECU. OBD1 if you only have one o2 sensor. =) That way you don't need to worry about the other. A harness will be needed I believe.

6psi w/o fuel upgrades. 7psi with Vortech FMU+fuel pump (255lph) 10psi w/ upgraded injectors and SFAC/Hondata 10psi will be your theoretical limit @ 9.2:1 compression. After that your looking at race gas, or other means of lowering your compression.
