All headers are relatively need header's besides the ProFab design model. I have the money saved up for one but now is which one out of the group that I want to get. All are 4-2-1 headers with 2.5 collectors, so if you were to suggest a header it has to be in those parameters. Priced around...

I have presonally installed one on my sol because of a minor accident that i was involved in. I would say the install isnt really that difficult, as a matter of fact i went into the body shop to get the front end of my sol painted factory milano red and they were surprised that I did it myself...

finally narrowed down my decisions down to two rhims for my sol: Buddy Club P1 Racing SF rhims (got a good deal) OR the rota copys of the mf8's Both are in gunmetal and if you all didnt know its going on my sol which has a new cf hood now.

Its not necessarily speed its the weight of the CF hood and fiberglass underneather that is attached to the latch. The latch tends to come off since the hood is lighter than the stock piece. The speed plus maybe some wind on maybe the freeway can make the latch tear off and pop open ur hood...
