Okay if you really want know if the motor is not turning? Take all the spark plugs out and turn the motor by hand with a ratchet. If you can turn it then the motor is still turning. I would say you have a bad starter or ground or battery?

you check the wire from the main relay to the ecu? maybe your wire are different going into the ecu? and for some reason its not grounding the injector?

use a carb cleaner and spray on the intake side, if you have a leak you will hear the rpm go up!
