    The green plug doesn't go into the ecu. Only plugs A, B, and C should be present in an '00 Si harness.

    If you are using a factory D15B 1-wire O2 sensor, you will get a CEL with a P28. P28's are meant to be used with a 4-wire O2 sensor. Either wire in a 4-wire sensor for use with the P28, or use a P08 JDM D15B ECU with the factory 1-wire sensor.

    False. OBD0 distributors are only compatible with OBD0 ECU's. There are internal differences inside the distributors that prevent them from being compatible. There is no way to convert them. Use an OBD1 or OBD2 distributor with your OBD1 ECU.

    You'll need to convert the HF wire harness.

    You need an OBD1 or OBD2 distributor, a 4-wire O2 sensor, an OBD0 to OBD1 conversion harness, and a P30 or P28 ecu. Your OBD0 injectors are just fine.
