    I am sure you could but that is more work than it would be worth. Not only would you have to make all of the mounts etc you would have to figure out the drive line set up for cv shafts and all of the wiring....besides those motors are turds.

    make sure you have the firing order right. if you have spark, fuel and it is in time you could either have the distributor out 180 degrees or you have the spark plug wires out of sequence.

    if you have spark and fuel then your timing is off. That is the wrong manifold but that should not affect the car being able to start.

    You obviously have no idea what you are talking about. The h23 gets more displacement thanks to a longer stroke on the crank. The cylinders are made from the same material...FRM. Of course they have different heads. One is a vtec head the other is non vtec but the heads have nothing to do...

    the motor will handle the boost just fine. the h22 and h23 blocks are made of the same material...frm sleeves. the weak points for both are the ring lands and rod bolts. keep it to 300whp and you will be fine.

    well if you used an h22 ecu then tuning isnt the issue. you need to figure out why it is over heating for starters.

    is the p28 chipped? if not you are running a civic fuel/ignition map on your prelude. Sounds like it needs a tune. use the stock p13 until you get some tuning software

    Use you f22 harness and add in the knock and vtec wire's. Knock is just a single wire and vtec is 3, one of which is a ground.

    Vtec is three wires if i remember correctly. One is a ground and you can ground it right next to the solenoid. The other two run straight to the ecu. Get a wiring diagram and just add the two wires to the correct pins and done.
