I have a set of yellow square lensed foglights for a 90-91 crx. They are the ones that fit into the pockets on either side of the bumper. The foglights come with both connectors and a factory foglight switch. One of the lenses is cracked on the side, not apparent from the front.

if the noise level increases as u go up in rpms i would definately say its a rod knock. are u sure its coming from the block and not the head. try draining ur oil and see if u got any metal in there
"won't roll over" (dont laugh i don't know how to quote) do u mean no crank no start? if its not cranking check all ur connections on the starter and like above people said ur battery might have enough power to power the lights but u need a more to start the car
from what i remember if u just unplug the seatbelt buckles the lights will never come on... it's been a whiel since i've owned a 90-91 i prefer the rusty ones(88-89)
first check the regulator-the thing the window is mounted to, these very commonly go bad in ek's-dont know if urs is power or not im pretty sure there different. look to see if any part looks bent or the cable is frayed, twisted, falling out....
then check the run channel-black rubber strip that...
screw cutting the line, it prob work but it's not that hard to get that line up there. just lift the tank more into place then it is in ur pic. flip the line the way its supposed to be and thread in the bolt. its not that hard.
this might be a stupid question but if u touched the positive terminal and seen a spark and now ur pump doesnt run did u check the main battery fuse to see if its blown. if u already have disregard and listen to those guys
those things are a pain in the ass, i just did mine two weeks ago. the way i found to be best is to have the tank almost all the way in the reach ur hand up and put the bolt in blind. it takes some messing with but you'll get it. just remember to make sure those crush washers are in there.
if u got power to the distributor and no spark then obvious problem would be inside the dizzy but u said u replaced with a known good one. did u remove anything like a harness ground or anything when installing fpr? u said u charged it up and it "sparked up"? what sparked up? i would recheck...
do u have access to a fuel pressure guage? i ran into a similar problem with an 88 hf w/ b16a. only putting out like 20lbs of pressure at the fuel rail. check voltage at pump connector-more resistance means less voltage and under powered pump. this one ended up needing a new pump. did this...
