Use your EG harness and take the clips off of the JDM harness and make a VTEC subharness. You'll have to lengthen some of the sensor clips to work on the GSR.

Did you take the engine harness out when you removed the old motor? If you did, make sure you hook up the green connector by the ECU, that has the fuel pump control wire in it.

Have you tried replacing the IACV with a known working one?

To my knowledge, you cannot use the D15B7 P/S pump or the Alternator, you have to use the LS pump and alternator. The P/S pump line has to be custom. you'll need the LS line and the line out of your civic.

You would need to evacuate the system first. The pressure switch I think is 35-50 from the dealer. I don't remember how much the expansion valve is. After you replace them, you'll need to do a vacuum and then charge the system.
