keep the h23 i did a drag kit on a 98 prelude it was a pain in the butt.if you are goning to build the motor you have to sleeve the h22 or the h23 before adding pistons and rods.i would go with the f max kit it was easier to install than the drag kit.

i did a turbo kit on a 98 accord . we run in to can't find cams and had to get custom piston and rods the car i did is on ebay he is selling his f max kit and going with a h22 there is so much out there for them than the f23.and u have to run vtec cams.
