    So, in other words, I would need a 5th gen z6 ex/si head, si throttle body and intake manifold, and the d16 cam gear? Or would I also need to swap the ecu? Do you know what kind of power numbers this would push out? I'm guess a bit over 100 hp and 95 tq... which would be quite nice for me :)...

    Does the z6 and the d16 out of the 4th gen use the same bottom end? Could I, then, put the z6 head on the d16 block and save some $$$ or are the oil passages different because of the higher oil demands VTEC has? You got me thinking more in the ways of a d-series swap than just the camshaft...

    I'll be happy to take the d16 head off your hands along with the inatke manifold, tranny and ecu if you are not going to use it. My civic needs a new head and my 4-spd tranny sucks. And i'd love to experiment with the MPFI system. Maybe we can arrange something... thanks and good luck

    yeah i got a hatch and would drive quite a while to pick one up. id only pay shipping if it was a sweet deal. how much do junkyards charge? besides, i doubt id have anyone realistic idea of the shape the engine would be in.

    this may be a but off topic but one of you mentioned the f-series engines. I thought the F20 was out of the S2000 and the later ones were F22 to create more torque that the F20s lacked. correct me if im wrong, just trying to learn some more about hondas.
