battery is new bought it an hour ago grounds are good and i think i have to get the whole harness from the del sol and put it into the hatch i'll go check the main fuse right now

I have a b16a3 engine out of my del sol and put it into a 92 hatch. the engine won't turn over at all and all the wires are hooked up. do i need to take the fuse box from the del sol and put it in the hatch??? when i turn the key nothing happens... i want to get this done!!!!!
