What kind of car is this going into? I hope you know your going to have to upgrade the charging system.
I just started carring the ma audio line (again) There new products are going to be alot better. But there amps are going to stay power hungry. Keep them up to power and they will provide...
For school I recommend getting the 2way alarm. Either the clifford or viper. Add the gps tracking. And have it installed properly and you have a winning combo. With the gps tracking you can have it set up that it calls your cell phone or pager to alter you that your car has been violated or...
And how much voltage is your amps receiving. If your amps are not receiving a steady 14-15 volts your not getting your 2000 watts what so ever. Your going to lose alot of power for ever volt that is dropped. List what your system is. You must be looking at peak not rms. And I know your not doing...
If you are trying to make a bass system 1000 is a lil short on the budget. A full system new can run you over 1500. What kind of car is it and I see if I could help you out. make and model.
Thats why Dei gives you a sticker to put under the hood of the car saying that the car has remote start. It gives warning that it should be disabled before any work is done to the car. You should not tell people it will not start, when the company says other wise. People might get the wrong I...

The fuses are rated at peak. If it was not over rated or was at rms. The fuse would pop while normal playing, ie- 40 amp fuse on amp is pertty much peak. Not rms, which you should be running a amp at. If you go over peak the fuse or fuses blow to keep the amp protected.
Edit because of...
