Ok I just letting everyone know that the fluid change worked .... Thats for all the helpful hints.

I haven't bought the fluid yet, I'm gonna grab some synthenic mobile 1 or some other quality brand (have to treat my car good).

Its flat where I park it, and I use the "E" brake religiously.

Thanks for all the quick replies. THe fliud is up but I was gonna change it anyways (100,000km). I looked at the linkages and seen nothing out of the ordinary.

Hi I have a problem with my 2000 Civic DX, when I shift out of "Park" its pretty stiff, but when I do it again (from Park) its smooth? I was wondering if any one had any ideas what it can be? Thanks
