Thanks, I will keep that information in mind. I actually found the problem with the distr, the retard that had the car before me wired the O2 wire to C2, which is for the CYL #1.. I reconnected and it runs great! So, I won't have to purchase a new dist. :D Thanks for the help!

Yes, mostly cyl head work - 11:1 compr, ported exh, ported int, 3-way valve job, 272 degree cam... etc. 4-2-1 header... 2" exhaust all the way back... Still using 240cc injectors though...
