um if you are going to convert to a many sell the car and get a manual. its a lot of work, not really hard or anything, but alot of pain in the ass for little result. Its cheaper to sell the auto and buy a manual, but if i were you id just get an auto ecu and call it good ;)

the engine will bolt right up, but the 94 engine is obd1 and the new engine is obd2. Not that big of a issue, just you will need an obd1 dizy, altinator, and fuel injectors. Might help to just swap thintake many from the old engine on to the new one, but im not sure which one flows better...
