    you have to seen some of the motors that have stuck into a 510. I dont remmber the link but it was a tubbed out yellow 510 that was just cracked out. I did also find a white 510 with a s2k motor not sure if it was done..

    the heat is very possiable may be a comination of the both. oil usually makes it stretch and it will look very oily like tire shine.

    d15 piston rod broken

    Cheapest way unbolt the head with intake manifold bolted to the head. Exhaust factory gasket can be reused. Use a ball hone for cylinder with bad rod/piston new rings piston rod and bearings. check to see if cylinder walls are damaged and if valves were damaged.

    I worked for honda for about 12 years or so. i had 1 s2000 that someone dropped the oil cap inbetween the transmission and tunnel and made a noise at times the car was used and had a new oil cap it wasnt something that i expected otherwise it very well might be the secondary air assist

    If your o2 sensor reading are way off that will cause a problem even when its cold and not looking for the o2 yeat. you may want to look at the ect sensor as well Its on the side of the head next to a singal wire temp sensor for your gauge it will be a 2 pin round connector.     i dont like that heavy weight just because on cold days like winter the shifter will feel tight until the transmission fluid comes up to temp.

    honda does rate most of their timing belts for 6 years or 90K-105K i worked for a honda dealer for about 12 years. only time i have seen that with a honda belt when its very old over 6 years or like mentioned in very dry heat.If that belt was too tight you would have heard it whistle like a...

    I think the cometic headgasket is really nice comes in may diffrent thicknesses, dont forget your ARP head studs either. 400-500 hp i would run about a 750 injector.

    Your freeplay seems to be fine as long as the clutch is not draggin(like your foot is on the clutch pedal). I think whats happing is that the clutch is worn and as more heat is applied to the clutch it will slip. Try a ACT clutch. I never had a problem with thoes kits. Hope this helps:rolleyes:

    I have seen that with some of the aftermarket cheap timing belts. I would only use a oem belt or better ( TODA etc..)

    Tranny fluid

    I like the BG syncroshift and Redline MTL they both work great. I dont think that a diffrent fluid will change how your clutch is slipping. Check your free play at the clutch pedal or the clutch just might be wasted.
