yea the money thing is hurting you but, the 2 cars you found should be enough...i 'd go with the b18 because you'll spend less making it run if the motor is complete for the price you say
i know that the ctr is a hatch...but my hatch doesn't have a tach that why i asked and the ctr cluster has all lights in a different spot so i was that the wiring was different also
you have to use the obd2 harness and add the VTEC wires, change a couple plugs you'll witch ones right away and make some of the plugs lwires longer...or jus get a obd2 gsr harness and save some time
hey bro it seems like alota work to me... if your new to wrenchin on honda's that wire harness stuff is no joke make you get one of haynes books for b-series motors. good luck man
ctr will had good compression, you'll need to use atfermarket rods as clearance may be a problem. what are your plans with the head...get a new intake manifold and ecu program. good luck
