That's weird a friend of mine owns a '97 lude and he coverted it from automatic to manual and the automatic axels worked fine for a while but then broke down on 'em. I would advise the manual axels, but if it keeps working just stick to what you have. lol:)

The cam gears, camshaft (get some skunk 2’s) and some JE forged pistons will make a difference I think. On the rest I think powerdriverh22 has a point. They won’t add any or a lot of horsepower. You will be building a better engine though.
