I don't know to much but from what car does the D16a6 come from? I found some info on online and found out I could use the D16z6 motor. I meant use that just b/c I know there in US cars. I dont' have to have it shipped from japan. I can just find it in a junk yard. But I do realize I'll...- thats_mr_2_u

what would you suggest then? I would like to do a project...but has to be cheap and doesn't involve welding or anything major.........that sucks b/c I found a D16A1 eng here around 200 bucks- thats_mr_2_u
