Yes a p05 will work. Um I'm not sure about the 16g I think it's 8psi as well. The dsms they came off of have an electronic boost controller. with the controler it goes up to 11 psi or so and with out thier like 8,,,,I think?
Wow! Ive never seen anything like that before. 1000 hp per cylinder looks like two really hugh gt turbo's and all nitros. it's amazing that a four cylinder could even spool one of em. Let alone two. and that blocks awesome machined out of one solid block.
Jeff Frank the owner of homemadeturbo.com did a twin turbo lsvtec setup like 4 years ago. I still have a video of it. It's the coolest sounding turbo honda Ive ever heard. He said it wasn't worth the trouble of having to fit the two turbo's make the manifold feed two turbo's oil and drain them...
1.The wastegate actuator on your average dsm 14b is set at 8psi. "but a 14b is to small for an h23. If your going dsm use a 16g." but hey if thats all you got it's all you got. it's gonna build boost real quick and fall of at high rpm's
2. Switching to obd1 is easy just buy a conversion...
Here's a link to instructions from msd. To go external coil just run you hot and ground wires that go to the internal coil out of the cap and to your external coil.
Having vtec hooked up wrong probably wouldn't cause the car not to start.
