i drove it today and it never overheated...but radiator hose is still hard and V hot and im sure im loosing coolant as i drive...ill drain and flush tomorrow and let ya know ty

i have an 89 CRX i got for free....installed new Alt , Head gasket,thermo and paint The problem now is the temp gauge keeps going up after it heats up...top hose is rock hard and hot,bottom hose is cool to the touch....what ya think it is?
